Our environmentally controlled, state-of-the-art Maryland office is equipped with 15 Production level scanners (250 ppm), auto cutters and complete inbound/outbound mail management equipments. We also manage direct mailing programs for many companies.

We have dedicated office for receipt and sorting of all incoming mail. Our unique mailing facilities allow your customers to mail in their responses to your address but this is redirected and arrives with ourselves for processing. This eliminates huge cost and time savings for our customers by outsourcing this time consuming labor intensive task, we then sort, count, batch and scan all mail received and provide a full detailed report to our customers.

Our specialist software allows us to index any document by any criteria quickly and accurately. We index millions of documents each year. Documents can be indexed by any data content or reference. This unique accompanying data file allows our customers to reference their documents easily and efficiently in their own document management system.
