Document Scanning is carried out on our high-speed Kodak scanners with speed starting from 120 PPM and above using the latest scanning software. We can scan black and white, GrayScale, Color or even mixed batches of documents with our auto color detect feature on our scanner. The Image Enhancement software installed within the scanner allows to run at rated speeds while processing the images. The software utilizes various settings such as Background Removal, OCR Smoothing, Dynamic Thresholding etc.. which may be used with one another to automatically process the images so that the data is clear and easily read.

Our document scanning services prepares paper documents for scanning, scan and index the digitized image to the customer's specifications and needs. These electronic images are stored in a document storage system, which allows user to search through millions of documents in a matter of moments via Internet. Your area is password protected to ensure that only those authorized can access the data.

We accept shipments from all major carriers and freight carriers and do it in our work location, as required by our clients. We also carry document transit insurance up to completion of project.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for Data Conversion: Your paper formats can be scanned at 220-600 dpi relying on the quality of the printed text.
