    • Self-employed and/or complex tax return analysis required.

VP/SVP of Sales – Due Diligence

Founded in 2003, Infinity IPS is a mortgage industry leader in providing end-to-end services and solutions. We specialize in mortgage due diligence, pre-fund and post-close quality control, mortgage servicing reviews and loan brokering services. We are vetted by all 5 major rating agencies. Our clients are financial entities including investment banks, commercial banks, mortgage companies, government agencies and mortgage insurers.

As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a VP/SVP of Sales for the Mortgage Due Diligence Division. In this role, the Candidate will work directly with Operation Management to jointly ensure a successful sales strategy and implementation of boarding clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with a due diligence company with a minimum of 3 years in a client relations role; or 10 years in the mortgage banking business
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and capital markets. Mortgage Backed Securities and due diligence process’ experience a plus
  • Strong relationships with hedge funds, investment banks, servicers and mortgage originators preferred
  • Proven networking, negotiations and consulting skills
  • Ability to work with clients to analyze their needs and design value added solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities through developing and maintaining effective key relationships
  • Set up introductory meetings with new clients, conduct sales presentations, and coordinate follow up strategies
  • Networking through social media, industry conferences, direct contact, etc.
  • Work with operations to finalize SOWs and reports for clients
  • Oversee and manage initial jobs with new Clients to ensure a smooth transition of Clients’ service needs to Infinity’s operations team
Whole Loan Brokerage Sales

As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a Whole Loan Brokerage Sales person.

Responsibilities:

  • You would be responsible for successful sourcing and distributing residential whole loans within your book of business on our platform.
  • Your proven track record of success is required with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Ability to have and build relationships with repeat clients while recording feedback and entries into our sales management system.
  • Coverage would include Bank and Non-Bank originators, Banks, Credit Unions, Funds, REITs and other financial Institutions.
  • Must have great communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Work well with a team of professionals in your remote environment.

Job Location: Remote-Home Office

Salary: better than industry standard
